The Storm'n Sabres Booster Club's purpose is to create a positive environment and provide financial support for the Storm'n Sabres girls hockey team, while actively fostering community engagement and collaborating effectively with coaches.
The membership includes any Storm'n Sabres girls hockey player, parents/guardians of players, and coaches.
Join other Storm'n Sabres Hockey parents by becoming an active member of the Booster Club.
Meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of the month starting in August (with the last meeting of the season typically in May) and can be found on the calendar. Please reach out to any of the members below to learn more. Everyone is welcome!

1. Where and when did you play hockey? Other sports?
I grew up playing for the Storm’n Sabres, starting in 4th grade and continuing through high school. In addition to hockey, I played both volleyball and lacrosse.
2. Did you play after high school?
I played hockey and lacrosse all 4 years at the college of Saint Benedict.
3. Tell us something interesting about you.
One interesting fact about me is that I’m quite superstitious. I always put on my hockey gear in the same order, beginning with all my ‘right’ pads before my ‘left’ pads.
4. What is your favorite hockey memory?
My favorite hockey memory was winning the section championship to make it to the state tournament my junior year of high school.
1. Where and when did you play hockey? Other sports?
Played high school hockey for the Storm’n Sabres, graduated in 2017. Also played lacrosse and softball growing up.
2. Did you play after high school?
I played college hockey at Concordia-Moorhead.
3. Tell us something interesting about you.
I love to golf.
4. What is your favorite hockey memory?
Winning the section championship and playing in the state tournament.
1. Where and when did you play hockey? Other sports?
Played high school hockey in Little Falls. Also played baseball and football.
2. Did you play after high school?
I went to Bethel to play baseball.
3. Tell us something interesting about you.
I enjoy playing piano.
4. What is your favorite hockey memory?
A tie between winning the section semifinals my senior year against Apollo (#1 in state) and beating River Lakes with SSR last year (their head coach is my brother).
1. Where and when did you play hockey? Other sports?
I played high school hockey for North Wright County from 2013-2017. I also played lacrosse in high school.
2. Did you play after high school?
I played hockey all 5 years at Concordia College.
3. Tell us something interesting about you.
I played in the 1980’s Olympic rink (The Olympic Center in Lake Placid) over my 10th birthday.
4. What is your favorite hockey memory?
It is a tie between beating Buffalo my junior year of high school to win back the traveling trophy after many years or traveling to Italy with my team in college.
1. Where and when did you play hockey? Other sports?
I played high school hockey for Brainerd and also played tennis and softball.
2. Did you play after high school?
I played 4 years of Softball at the College of Saint Benedict and then a year of college tennis in graduate school at The College of Saint Scholastica due to a new eligibility rule that allowed me to play another year in a different sport. Currently I play a lot of hockey finder hockey though! :-)
3. Tell us something interesting about you.
An interesting fact about me is that I enjoy videography and video editing.
4. What is your favorite hockey memory?
My favorite crazy hockey memory is scoring a goal and playing goalie in the same game.
